The Rocks Community Outreach Program is open to ALL for FREE, without regard to race, color, creed, sex, religion, disabiltiy or national orgin. All Outreach Programs are to Uplift Children and Families in the Las Vegas Valley.
You must provide photo ID for certain programs and proof of residency in NV.
Pantry Services are provided twice a month
Proof of Income required for Emergency Utility Assistance if funds are available

Children are never denied emergency food services
